Heart Protection spell
This is a twofold spell, one to protect your heart and the other part to help you grow. I find it rather useful and quite honestly stylish! The automatic writing is something I make after entering a meditative state filled with the intention relevant to the spell, wow that's a mouthful...what I mean is I charge the meditation with the intention of the spell I'm weaving into the design. That way when I pick up the pen, the spell just flows out...
